詹姆斯·麦康维尔

詹姆斯·查尔斯·麦康维尔（英语：James Charles McConville[1]，1959年3月16日—）[1]是一位退役美国陆军上将，曾在2019年至2023年担任第40任美国陆军参谋长[2][3]。先前曾担任第36任美国陆军副参谋长（英语：Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army）。

早年生活和教育 编辑

麦康维尔在波士顿附近的马萨诸塞州昆西的梅里蒙特（英语：Merrymount (Quincy, Massachusetts)）社区出生长大。毕业于大主教威廉斯高中（英语：Archbishop Williams High School），然后就读于美国军事学院，1981年毕业后被任命为美国陆军步兵军官[4][5]。获得理学学士学位在美国军事学院、佐治亚理工学院的航空航天工程理学硕士学位，并且在2002年哈佛大学任国家安全研究员。

麦康维尔指挥任务包括第101空降师（空中突击）司令，同时也担任联合特遣部队101 “持久自由行动”司令；负责支援联合特遣部队-101、持久自由行动副总司令；伊拉克战争骑兵第1师第4旅（英语：4th Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division）旅长；第101空降师（空中突击）骑兵第17团第2中队（英语：2nd Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment）司令；兼步兵第7师（轻装）第9骑兵团第2中队C连长。

麦康维尔的主要参谋职务包括美国陆军副参谋长G-1；立法联络主任；陆军副参谋长的执行官；G-3代表第101空降师（空中突击）；美国特种作战司令部J5战略规划师；S-3为第25战斗航空旅；S-3为第9骑兵团第5中队；S-3代表飞行概念部门。

麦康维尔是陆军飞行员，拥有OH-58奇奥瓦侦察直升机、AH-64阿帕契直升机、AH-6（英语：AH-6）、AH-1眼镜蛇以及其他飞机的资格。2017年4月24日他被提名任命为美国陆军副参谋长（英语：Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army）[6][7]。2019年3月25日，麦康维尔被提名任命为美国陆军参谋长[8] 。他于2023年8月4日辞去陆军参谋长职务[9][10]。
