轻度认知障碍

轻度认知障碍是一种认知障碍,它介于痴呆症和健康状态之间[1]。此时患者的记忆认知功能已经出现问题,一项或多项认知功能下降;不过患者无明显痴呆表现,日常生活活动未受明显影响[2][3]。此时患者及其家人通常会不够重视[4]。轻度认知障碍的病因暂不清楚,也没有很好的预防和治疗手段,大约50%的轻度认知障碍患者会在五年内患上阿尔茨海默病,变成痴呆的风险是其他老年人的10倍。[5]
