事前准备 编辑

美国和俄罗斯协调的停火届满后，2016年9月19日起，叙利亚空军恢复空袭阿勒颇的反对派控制区，为即将来临的地面攻势铺路。叙利亚空军曾在一夜间对“征服阿勒颇”控制的5个地区进行超过40次的空袭。[9][10]

攻势 编辑

2016年9月22日，叙利亚军方宣布恢复在阿勒颇的攻势。[11]

9月23日，叙军在阿勒颇市南郊发起地面攻势。[12][13]稍后，亲政府的巴勒斯坦民兵攻占阿勒颇东北部的汉达拉特巴勒斯坦难民营（Handarat Camp）的一部分。[2]

9月24日，叙军进攻南部的Sheikh Sa'id区。[14][15][16]亲政府民兵与政府军一度攻占整个汉达拉特难民营，反对派部队在夜间反攻，夺回该难民营的大部分区域。[17]

据报9月23日和24日总计有至少55人死于空袭，[18]叙利亚民防阿勒颇分支主席塞尔莫表示有超过100人丧生。[19]供应阿勒颇东部反对派控制区自来水的一个抽水站在空袭中被毁，反对派于是关闭供应西部政府军控制区自来水的另一个抽水站作为报复，东部25万居民和西部150万居民的自来水供应受到严重影响。[19]

9月25日，亲政府民兵与政府军再次进攻汉达拉特。[20]据报该日在阿勒颇的战斗造成85人丧生。[21]9月27日，政府军收复阿勒颇城堡以北的法拉菲拉（Farafira）区。[22]

美国官员表示在9月19日至27日期间，阿勒颇东部被空袭至少1,700次，造成至少1,000人丧生。[8]9月29日，政府军一方再次攻占汉达拉特难民营。[23]

政府军一方后来在阿勒颇东部攻占更多地区。截至10月6日，政府军已控制布斯坦巴沙（Bustan al-Basha）区超过8成区域。[24]

10月10日，“叙利亚人权观察”表示自9月19日至10月10日期间，阿勒颇有超过500名平民死于空袭和炮轰，大部分是反对派控制区的平民，而政府军控制的阿勒颇西部也有51名平民死于反对派炮轰。[25]

10月17日，俄罗斯宣布将于10月20日在东阿勒颇暂停空袭8小时，让平民与武装分子撤离。[26]后来提前两天暂停空袭，从10月18日早上开始，并维持至次日。[27]10月19日，叙利亚军方宣布原定于10月20日实施的日间暂时停火延长至10月22日。[28]虽然反政府部队的官员拒绝了撤离阿勒颇的建议，[29]不过仍有150名自由沙姆人伊斯兰运动的武装分子选择撤离，获安排由巴士接载前往伊德利卜省。[30]

战斗于10月22日恢复。[31]俄罗斯表示俄叙空军仍会继续暂停对阿勒颇的空袭，但没有说明暂停的期限至何时。[32]

10月28日，反政府部队在包围圈外向阿勒颇西部发动反攻，试图打破政府军对东部的包围。[33][34]虽然反政府军在初期取得少许进展，但最终被政府军击退。11月8日，政府军收复阿勒颇西南部的1070房屋区。[35]“叙利亚人权观察”于11月12日宣称有超过450人在10月28日开始的解围战中丧生，包括215名反政府军、143名政府军及亲政府部队，以及近100名平民，丧生的平民大多是在政府军控制的西阿勒颇死于反对派炮火。[36]

反对派败退 编辑

11月26日，政府军收复阿勒颇东部的哈纳诺（Hanano）区。[37]11月27日，Ard Al-Hamra区、贾巴尔巴德罗（Jabal Badro）区和Ayn Al-Tal区也被政府军收复。[38][39]

12月7日，政府军收复阿勒颇古城。自从政府军于9月合围以来，至此已攻占包围圈内反对派控制区大约8成区域。[40]

政府军此后收复更多城区。12月13日，反对派在奎维克河（英语：Queiq River）以东的控制区被肃清，只剩下河西的一块面积约3.5平方公里的区域仍由反对派控制。[41]同日反对派接受由俄罗斯与土耳其促成的停火协议，同意撤出阿勒颇市。

反对派撤出 编辑

根据12月13日的协议，该日黄昏后开始停火，然后先让平民撤出，剩余的反对派人员和他们的家属接着撤出，按照原计划反对派将于12月14日撤离阿勒颇市。[42][43][44]不过到12月14日早上，当用作接载撤离者的客车抵达约定地点时，遭到反对派开火攻击，撤离行动被迫押后。[45]12月15日撤离行动终于开始进行，残留在包围圈内的反对派武装分子约有4,000人，当中约3成属于征服沙姆阵线，而武装分子的家属则有1万人左右。武装分子、他们的家属以及其他不愿留下的平民获安排通过政府军控制区前往伊德利卜省的反对派控制区。[5]12月22日，撤离行动结束，总计有至少3万4千人撤离阿勒颇东部，在最后一批反对派武装人员与家属撤离后，政府军宣布完全收复阿勒颇。[46]
