露易丝·理查德森
露易丝·玛丽·理查德森女爵士，DBE，FRSE（Dame Louise Mary Richardson，1958年6月8日-[1][2]）是一位爱尔兰政治学家，主要研究恐怖主义[3]。前圣安德鲁斯大学和牛津大学校长。

理查德森出生于爱尔兰沃特福德郡特拉莫尔，是亚瑟（Arthur）和朱莉·理查德森（Julie Richardson）夫妇七个子女中的一个[1][4][5]。在家乡读完中学后前往都柏林三一学院攻读历史本科，1982年在此基础上获得MA学位。[1] 1977年她前往加州大学洛杉矶分校求学，1981年获政治学硕士。后来又到哈佛大学攻读了国际关系和国际法的博士学位，此间研究马岛战争和苏伊士危机。[1][6]
1989至2001年间她在哈佛大学担任助理教授和副教授[7]以及拉德克里夫高等研究院院长，2009年成为圣安德鲁斯大学校长[8]，即是圣安德鲁斯大学的第一位女校长和现代第一位信仰天主教的校长[9]。2010年11月开始在该校担任国际关系教授[10]。
2015年5月28日，牛津大学宣布她将成为其下一任校长，她则在2016年1月1日上任，是牛津有史以来首位女性校长[4][11][12]。2023年1月，她从牛津校长上离任，并出任纽约卡内基基金会主席[13]。

她曾多次因薪水太高（年薪约41万镑）而招致批评[14]，此外她任上曾一年花去7万镑用来旅行和聚餐[15]。2019冠状病毒病英国疫情期间，虽然整个牛津大学的员工工资都有所消减，但她的薪酬仍维持在原来的水平[16]。
