鲁伯特·威廉·安东尼·弗兰德（英语：Rupert William Anthony Friend，1981年10月9日—）是一位英国男演员、导演、编剧和监制，他出演的首部电影是风流才子，最著名的作品是在2005年电影《傲慢与偏见》中出演Mr. Wickham的角色，他也在2008年电影《穿条纹睡衣的男孩》中出演Lieutenant Kurt Kotler和2009年电影《年轻的维多利亚》中出演阿尔伯特亲王一角。2015年，弗兰德于电子游戏改编电影《代号47》中主演杀手：代号47[1]。他在2017年电影《斯大林之死》中饰演约瑟夫·斯大林的儿子瓦西里·约瑟福维奇·斯大林。2012年至2017年，他在电视剧《国土安全》中饰演Peter Quinn，为他在2013年提名一项艾美奖。
