麦可·约瑟夫·麦瑞尔（英语：Michael Joseph Morell，1958年9月4日—），美国前职业情报分析师，于2010年至2013年间担任中央情报局副局长，并两次代理担任局长，首次是在2011年，随后是在2012年至2013年[2][3]。此外，他还在乔治梅森大学沙尔政策与政府学院担任教授。
