黛博拉·安·哈利（英语：Deborah Ann Harry，1945年7月1日—），原名安洁拉·特林伯（英语：Angela Trimble）^[1]，是美国女歌手、词曲作家、模特和演员，最令人知晓的身份是身为新浪潮乐团金发美女的主唱。她与乐团的作品在1979年至1981年期间多次登上美国和英国排行榜的榜首。金发美女的〈着迷（英语：Rapture (Blondie song)）〉被认为是第一首在美国排名第一的饶舌歌曲。^[3]在20世纪90年代后期重新组建金发女郎之前，哈利的个人事业生涯也相当成功。她也曾出演过电影和电视节目达60多部。
