2016年拉塔基亚省攻势是叙利亚反政府武装于2016年6月在拉塔基亚省发起的一次军事行动。

反对派攻占金萨巴 编辑

2016年6月27日至30日间，由恐怖组织努斯拉阵线领导的征服军，在自由叙利亚军支援下，在拉塔基亚省的土库曼山（英语：Turkmen Mountain）和库尔德山（英语：Jabal al-Akrad）一带发起攻势，攻占数条村庄，后因俄军空袭而撤退。[3][12][20][21]33名反政府武装分子及15名政府军士兵在战斗中丧生。[12]一日后，反对派另一次进攻成功攻占金萨巴（英语：Kinsabba）[22][23]及附近多个村庄和小山。作为回应，俄军在金萨巴和其它数条村庄进行了超过100次空袭。[24]

7月2日，反对派攻占土库曼山区的Qal’at山山顶。[25]次日，反对派攻占Saraf村和周围的小山，后在夜间被政府军及亲政府部队夺回。[1]

政府军第一次反攻 编辑

7月8日，叙利亚海军陆战队、沙漠之鹰和特种部队进攻金萨巴以南的两处地点，[8]成功夺回它们。[26]两日后，政府军进攻金萨巴周围的小山，[27]攻占了数个地点。[28]反对派于同日夺回该些失地。

在7月13日至14日之间的夜间，努斯拉阵线和突厥斯坦伊斯兰党在卡巴尼（Kabbani）地区发起突袭，攻占了该村以南的Zuwayqat山。[29]

7月16日，政府军收复金萨巴以南的Qalat Tubal，[30]同日稍后更夺回金萨巴。[31][32]连带周围的村庄和小山也被政府军收复。[33][34]次日破晓时，反对派向金萨巴展开反攻，成功夺回该镇。[35][36]政府军于7月18日夺回金萨巴及周围的村庄和小山。[37][38]

7月19日，反对派反攻，并动用自杀炸弹客攻击Qal’at Shalaf的政府军据点，逼使政府军撤退，最终反对派再次攻占金萨巴。[39][40][41]在金萨巴争夺战进行之际，政府军在该地区收复另外数个村庄。[42]

7月20日，努斯拉阵线在其他反政府军支援下攻占Shalaf村，迫使亲政府部队放弃在库尔德山的新收复据点。[43]

7月28日，征服军在拉塔基亚省发起新攻势，旨在攻占Zuwayqat山区。反对派武装攻占该山区后，亲政府部队重新集结和发起反攻，[44]成功收复先前的失地。[45]

第二次政府军反攻 编辑

7月29日，政府军发起旨在收复金萨巴的新攻势。政府军在行动中重新收复Shalaf村，[46]卡巴尼村[47]及库尔德山的其它地点也遭到政府军进攻。[48]由于政府军在阿勒颇成功包围被反对派控制的东部市区，逼使征服军从拉塔基亚省抽调兵力到阿勒颇协助解围，导致反对派在拉塔基亚省前线的兵力减弱。[49]

7月30日，政府军从Shalaf直接进攻金萨巴，[50][51][52]但未能取得进展。[53]

第三次政府军反攻 编辑

8月4日，亲政府部队再次发起反攻。[53]8月6日，亲政府部队成功控制金萨巴周围的一些据点。[54]增援金萨巴的反对派武装遭遇伏击，16至50人丧生。[19][55]

在政府军占据金萨巴周围的小山后，反对派撤出金萨巴。[56]8月8日政府军进入金萨巴，但是不久就遭到反对派的快速反击而被逼撤出，政府军在获得增援后再度收复金萨巴及周围地区。[57][58]先前被反对派攻占的其它村庄也几乎全数被政府军陆续收复。[59][60][61]
