《NBA 2K19》是一款模拟NBA篮球的电子游戏，由Visual Concepts开发，2K Sports发行。《NBA 2K19》是《NBA 2K18》的续作，也是第20代《NBA 2K》系列的游戏。本游戏于2018年9月11日发行，支援Windows、PlayStation 4、Xbox One和任天堂Switch等平台。北美标准版以密尔瓦基公鹿队的扬尼斯·安戴托昆波为封面，而20周年纪念版则是以洛杉矶湖人队的雷霸龙·詹姆士为封面。^[1]^[2]纽澳版以2018年最佳新秀——费城76人队的班·西蒙斯为封面。

本版游戏为亦为《NBA 2K》系列首次增加中文语音旁白，由知名篮球解说员杨毅、杨建和苏群担任；同时，在“生涯模式”中还加入了中国CBA联赛的虚拟故事。^[3]

本游戏上市后大致获得好评，但游戏中加入的微交易功能则受到不少批评。^[4]^[5]
