Nothing是一家总部位于英国伦敦的消费电子产品制造商。[1]由中国智能手机制造商OnePlus的联合创始人裴宇创立。[2]

2020年10月16日，OnePlus的共同创始人之一裴宇宣布辞去职务[3]。裴宇后来从多个投资者那里筹集到了高达700万美元的资金，包括iPod发明者托尼·法戴尔、Twitch共同创始人林士斌、Reddit首席执行官史蒂夫·哈夫曼以及美国YouTuber凯西·奈斯塔特等。[4]
裴宇于2021年1月27日宣布了他的新公司Nothing。[5]
2021年2月15日，Nothing收购了Essential的商标和品牌。[6]
2021年2月25日，该公司宣布其第一个创始合作伙伴是Teenage Engineering，这家公司负责设计品牌及其产品的外观风格。[7]
Nothing在2021年7月27日宣布了其第一款产品，名为ear (1)，是一款无线耳机。[8]
