PEAR
PEAR（PHP Extension and Application Repository）是由Stig S. Bakken于2000年在PHP开发者会议（PHP Developers' Meeting, PDM）上提出[1]，目的是实做可以重复使用的函式库来提供PHP社群使用。[2]
这个项目的目标为：
- 提供有架构的代码。
- 提供社群可重复使用的函式库。
- 建立PHP编码风格标准。
