I strongly believe that this is an attack towards a certain group of people. Whoever wrote this simply had no right to say that all Hong Kong oversea students study abroad because they do not study well in Hong Kong. There might be this type of students within the group, but that does not mean ALL of them are the same. Hence I have removed this statement from the page.
