是香港億萬富豪盧啟賢成立的非營利智庫。
The 195 Project是香港企业家和慈善家卢启贤（英语：Calvin Lo) 于2020年成立的非营利智库。[1] 它隶属于卢启贤价值2.45亿美元个人慈善基金会CFL Initiative的一个分支。[2]
