Sorry for writing in English, I'm not so familiar with Chinese and need some help for translating.

Regarding Email from WMLO

On June 17th of 2024, just a few minutes after I made an edit on Special:Diff/83061992, I got an off-wiki email, titled Dear Lemonaka, with messy words of threat, criticism and orders. Although the email was not sent by a wiki account, anyone who has reviewed the email could infer this is from WMLO by its grammar and wording.

What did I do after receiving the email?

I've forwarded this email to the following users, Tigerzeng（讨论 | 贡献）, Ericliu1912（讨论 | 贡献）, Mys_721tx（讨论 | 贡献） and Wong128hk（讨论 | 贡献）, as he was discussing LuciferianThomas（讨论 | 贡献） on their mail, I also forwarded this to them. Then I forwarded this to the Oversight mailing address.

After getting a hint from Special:固定链接/83284039#c-Zheng_Zhou-20240627025000-Ericliu1912-20240626153700, I also forwarded this to the Wikimedia Foundation for review. However, for this is an off-wiki email, Wikimedia Foundation replied with the following sentences "we are only able to act against sockpuppets that occur on-wiki; we have no control over emails or off-wiki accounts," with no action.

How did WMLO find my email address?

I once replied to his on-wiki mail, and once discussed with him regarding copyvio by email. So he can easily have my email address.

Why there's no log on wiki

He sent me an email by logging into another mailing account, directly typing my email address and pressing send. There's nothing regarding wiki so there's no log on wiki.

About two sockpuppets

I don't have any evidence or information about that, neither did I get an on-wiki mail from them.

About RFDA

I'm not standing for or against RFDA, however, I'm standing against off-wiki action by a banned user. I'm not defending Mys_721tx（讨论 | 贡献） regarding their behaviours, however, please take possible off-wiki actions into consideration.
