English: The first wooden slip on display here is the title of this text, read as "Wansui bu Jianping wu nian wu yue lizu lin mingli", and the other three all contain the contents "wu yue san dan san dou san sheng shao" as well as a "ㄗ" marking at the bottom. Moreover, although the name of the individual receiving the grain differs, the date written on slip nos. 286.8 and 55.17 are idential, namely "fourth month Jiawu". All the above indicates that these slips had been bound into the same volume.
