中华民国常驻世界贸易组织代表团
中华民国常驻世界贸易组织代表团（英语：Permanent Mission of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu to the World Trade Organization）是中华民国[注 1]派驻世界贸易组织（WTO）的代表机构，驻于WTO所在地日内瓦。

代表团负责参与WTO相关会议和重要议题的谈判，来争取产业空间以及利益，并与各会员代表团密切联系，了解各方对WTO议题之态度，以协助国内相关部会研拟政府的立场。同时参与由WTO会员所组成的次级团体和担任WTO相关职务，提升中华民国能见度。[4]
历史 编辑
1990年1月1日，依据《关税暨贸易总协定》（GATT）第33条规定，中华民国以在对外贸易关系上具自主地位的“台湾、澎湖、金门及马祖个别关税领域”名义，向GATT秘书处提出入会申请。[5]
2002年1月1日，台澎金马个别关税领域成为WTO第144个成员经济体。[5]
2002年3月，第一任常任代表颜庆章大使至WTO秘书处递交到任书，由秘书长迈克尔·穆尔代表接受。中华民国常驻世界贸易组织代表团正式成立 。[5]
2013年4月，代表团迁至新址。[5]
组织架构 编辑
代表团配置常任代表、副常任代表、参事及秘书共15人，原所属单位包括外交部、经济部、财政部及农业部，另有法律顾问、英文编译及瑞士当地雇员若干人。[6]
