亨利·欧文
亨利·欧文爵士（Sir Henry Irving，1828年2月6日—1905年10月13日），原名约翰·亨利·布罗德里布（John Henry Brodribb），又叫J·H·欧文（J. H. Irving），是维多利亚时代的一位英格兰舞台剧演员，兰心剧院主管。1895年，他成为了英国第一个获封骑士的演员[1]。

欧文出生于英国萨默塞特郡肯因顿曼德维尔（Keinton Mandeville）的一个工人家庭[2]，他在康沃尔郡哈尔斯镇（Halsetown）的姑姑家度过了童年， 曾参加当地卫理公会的唱诗班[3]。年轻时，他曾在一家律师事务所工作，在看到塞缪尔·菲尔普斯演出的哈姆雷特之后决定学戏。1856年，他到桑德兰的一家剧院工作。1871年，他靠演出《钟声》（The Bells）一剧一举成名。
他在1869年7月15日与佛罗伦萨·奥凯拉格汉（Florence O'Callaghan）结婚，但他事业心过重，就在《钟声》首演之夜，已怀上第二个孩子的佛罗伦萨和他大吵一架。他愤而下了马车，就此离开了妻子。但他们两人并未离婚，他们的孩子长大之后改善了和父亲的关系。[4]
对德古拉的影响 编辑
1878年，布莱姆·斯托克开始在兰心剧院工作，布莱姆·斯托克很崇拜欧文，但欧文是个以自我为中心的人，喜欢在他的追随者中间挑起矛盾，以维持他们对自己的依赖[5]。他是《德古拉》小说中德古拉的主要原型[5]。
