吉尔福德县府战役 (Battle of Guilford Courthouse) 是一场爆发于1781年3月15日的美国独立战争战役，发生地在今日美国北卡罗莱纳州的格林斯伯勒。1,900名英国军队在康沃利斯侯爵的指挥下，与由弥敦内尔·格连将军指挥的4,400名美军进行战斗。

尽管参与战斗的军队不多，这场战役仍被认为是决定性的。在此之前，英军在保皇派的支持下，几乎成功重占乔治亚及南卡罗莱纳，并认为北卡罗莱纳即将落入他们之手。在此之后的战斗，格连在康沃利斯选择入侵维吉尼亚时撤至南卡罗莱纳。这些决定让格连得以将英军从南方赶走，不久后康沃利斯便在约克镇投降。

在吉尔福德县府军事公园中有这场战役的纪念馆。
