公告牌音乐奖最佳歌手（英语：Billboard Music Award for Top Artist）是由美国知名音乐杂志《公告牌》主办的音乐奖公告牌音乐奖所设立的奖项之一，该奖项于1993年（英语：1993 Billboard Music Awards）开始设立，最初奖项名称为世界最佳歌手（#1 World Artist），1995年起更名为年度歌手（Artist of the Year）。2011年，该奖项更名为最佳歌手（Top Artist）并沿用至今。
