唆使谋杀
在英格兰和威尔士以及北爱尔兰及爱尔兰共和国，唆使谋杀（英语：soliciting to murder）是法定的煽惑罪行。
英格兰和威尔士 编辑
该罪行由《1861年侵害人身罪法令》第4条订立：
... whosoever shall solicit, encourage, persuade, or endeavour to persuade, or shall propose to any person, to murder any other person, whether he be a subject of Her Majesty or not, and whether he be within the Queen’s dominions or not, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted thereof shall be liable ... to [imprisonment for life] ...
任何人唆使、鼓励、劝说、试图劝说或建议别人谋杀他人，不论其谋杀对象是否女王子民或是否在女王领土之内，均属犯非重刑罪，可处终身监禁。
“非重刑罪” 编辑
对非重刑罪（misdemeanour）的提述，须解释为对罪行（offence）的提述。条文中的“即属犯非重刑罪”就是“即属犯罪”。[1]
条文修订 编辑
《1977年刑事法律法令》第5(10)(a)条及第65(5)条以及附表13废除了开头略去的字句。
《1892年成文法编正法令》废除了别处略去的字句。
1977年9月8日[2]，《1977年刑事法律法令》第5(10)(b)条废除由“be kept”起至“years”至的字句而代以“imprisonment for life”。

香港法例第212章《侵害人身罪条例》第5条“串谋或唆使谋杀”订定：
任何人在香港境内串谋、同谋及议同谋杀他人，以及在香港境内唆使、鼓励、劝说、试图劝说或建议别人谋杀他人，不论其谋杀对象属何种国籍或具有何种公民身份或在任何地方，均属犯罪，可处终身监禁。[6]
