丧失控制 (免责辩护)

丧失控制（英语：loss of control）是英格兰及威尔士的一个针对谋杀罪的局部免责辩护，由《2009年死因裁判官及司法法令（英语：Coroners and Justice Act 2009）》第54条订立。[1]

该抗辩不能免除失控者的罪责，且不影响罪行的性质及其他犯罪者，但可将失控者的控罪从谋杀减轻至误杀（故意误杀）。[1]

该免责辩护取代了激怒，后者由同一法令第56条废除。[2][3]
