单膝跪地是一种反对种族主义的象征性姿态，在国歌或其他此类场合，以此姿势引起注意。起源于2016年9月1日，由美式橄榄球运动员科林·凯珀尼克发起，以抗议美国的种族不平等和警察暴行问题，凯珀尼克的举动引起更广泛的国歌抗议活动。^[1]
