国际航空集团

国际航空集团（英语：International Consolidated Airlines Group，缩写：IAG）是一家英国及西班牙合资的航空控股公司（英语：List of airline holding companies），总部在英国伦敦，公司则在西班牙马德里注册成立。2011年1月由英国航空和西班牙国家航空合资而成[3][4]。根据2010年收益，它是欧洲第三大、世界第七大航空公司[5]。

自2011年1月24日以来，国际航空公司主要在伦敦证券交易所交易[6][7]。此外也在马德里、巴塞隆那、毕尔包和巴伦西亚证券交易所上市[8][9]。同年4月1日在IBEX 35挂牌[10]。

2009年11月英国航空和西班牙国家航空就已经宣布签署初步合并书[11][12][13]。次年4月，两公司确定完全合并并签署文件[14][15]。2011年1月21年合并完成，24日开始国际航空在伦敦和马德里上市[16][17][18]。

2011年10月，IAG宣布启动负责中短程航线的伊比利亚快运[19][20]。次年3月25日伊比利亚快运开始运行[21][22]。

2011年11月4日，IAG决定从汉莎航空处收购英国中部航空，通过这项交易，IAG在希斯罗机场所占的股份便由原先的45%增加到了54%[23][24]。12月22日交易金额定为1.725亿英镑[25]。2012年4月20日交易完成，2012年末英国中部航空公司的飞机和航线都已整合到IAG之下[26]。

2012年11月8日，IAG决定完全收购伏林航空，2013年4月其所持有的伏林航空股份已达90%以上。[27][28]

2012年12月，IAG将英国航空、英国中部航空和西班牙国家航空的货运拆分并入单独的国际航空集团货运中。[29][30]

2013年4月，IAG决定购买18架波音787，其交易金额将达到45亿欧元[31][32]。这些飞机将在2017至2021年间取代英国航空的一部分747客机[31]。

IAG拥有415架飞机，飞往约200个目的地[33][34]。英国航空和西班牙国家航空分开运营[34]。IAG最常见的机型是空中客车A320系列，共有226架[33]。IAG的西班牙和英国部分都有各自的运营中心[35][36]。

飞行常客奖励计划 编辑

Avios 的飞行常客计划由国际航空集团（IAG）经营，于 2011年11月16日 由 Air Miles、BA Miles 及 Iberia Plus Points 三个飞行常客奖励计划合并组成。Avios 的里数可以用来乘搭爱尔兰航空、意大利航空、英国航空、弗莱比航空、西班牙国家航空、水平航空，同时亦能兑换寰宇一家的航班，如美国航空、国泰航空等。

而在 2015 年改制后，所有 IAG 辖下使用 Avios 的常客计划，包括 Avios Travel Reward Programme，British Airways Executive Club 及 Iberia Plus 将转移至 IAG 之子公司 Avios Group。British Airways Executive Club 的会员可以任意在其英航账户及 Avios.com 之间转移里数。

2018年7月 宣布 Avios.com 不再向 British Airways Executive Club 会员开放，其 Avios.com 里数将自动转移至所属之英航账户。Avios.com 则将继绩为 Iberia Plus 及 Aer Lingus 会员服务。另外，British Airways Executive Club 的里数也可以自由转换至 Iberia Plus 或其他 IAG 旗下航空公司的飞行常客奖励计划中[40]。
