《守卫莱茵》（德语：Die Wacht am Rhein，德语：[diː ˈvaxt am ˈʁaɪn]）是一首德国爱国颂歌，流行于普法战争和第一次世界大战期间，歌词内容根植于历史上的法德世仇。

起源

1840年爆发了莱茵河危机，法国七月王朝的首相阿道夫·梯也尔声称上莱茵和中莱茵地区应是法国的“天然东部边界”。德意志邦联的成员国担心法国计划吞并莱茵河左岸，这在路易十四执政期间与拿破仑战争都曾发生。在三十年战争到战胜拿破仑的两个世纪期间，这一地区的德裔居民受战争所苦。

尼古劳斯·贝克尔撰写了一首名为《莱茵之歌》（Rheinlied）的诗，表达了他发誓守望莱茵的愿望。士瓦本商人Max Schneckenburger受此启发，撰写了《守卫莱茵》一诗，原诗长5节。
