布里甘特人
布里甘特人（Brigantes）英国古代的一支凯尔特部族，在铁器时代占据了今北英格兰的绝大部分地区，这片以今约克郡为中心的地区因此也被称为Brigantia。 希腊地理学家托勒密将爱尔兰的一支部落也命名为布里甘特人，这些人则聚居于现在的韦克斯福德郡、基尔肯尼郡和沃特福德郡一带[1]。斯特拉博则提到阿尔卑斯地区温德利西亚人的一支叫“Brigantii”[2]。
