帆船时代
帆船时代是指16世纪中期（或15世纪中期） [1]到19世纪中期，帆船在全球贸易、远洋航行和战争中占据主导地位的时代。 [1] 此时的远洋航行标志性事件有郑和下西洋和地理大发现。军事方面标志性事件有勒班陀战役。 [2]随着蒸汽船的崛起，帆船逐渐被蒸汽船取代。[3]
