希灵登
伦敦地区
希灵登（英语：Hillingdon）是伦敦郊区的一个地区，属于希灵登伦敦自治市，位于查令十字以西14.2英里处（22.8公里）。希灵登在古代曾属于米德尔塞克斯。1920年代，希灵登人口快速增加[1]。1965年，希灵登被划入大伦敦地区[2]。
