帕尔文·芭芭拉于1993年10月8日出生于匈牙利布达佩斯。她的家人包括父亲帕尔文·伊斯万（Palvin István）、母亲帕尔文·艾格尼丝（Palvin Ágnes）和姊妹安妮塔（Anita）。[4]
