律政书记
協助法官研究法律問題並提供意見的人
律政书记[1]（英语：law clerk），又称司法书记[2]（judicial clerk）、司法助理[3]（judicial assistant），指在法庭席前向律师或法官提供意见及协助的人，负责研究法律问题及起草法律意见。[4][5]
律政书记与法律辅助人员及法庭书记为不同概念。在加拿大，“律政书记”有时亦用于指代法律辅助人员，在法庭环境中不宜混淆。
律政书记被认为是法律界最有声望的职业之一，获聘者通常是名校法学院名列前茅的应届毕业生。[6]
英格兰及威尔士 编辑
在英格兰及威尔士，该职位称为司法助理。[7]上诉法院及最高法院皆设有司法助理的职位。[8]最高法院司法助理为全职工作，任期一年。[9]曾有英国最高法院司法助理赴美国最高法院交换一周。[10]
