法院人员

在普通法司法管辖区，法院人员（英语：officer of the court）是指任何参与司法体系的法律执业者，包括法官、律师及法律辅助人员，与律政书记（又称司法书记、司法助理）并非同一概念。

在部分大陆法司法管辖区，法院人员（法官除外）称为司法辅助人员（英语：auxiliaries of justice^[1]；法语：auxiliaires de justice^[2]；葡萄牙语：funcionário judicial^[3]），与司法文员并非同一概念。
