1994年，由现任首席执行官Paul Salnikow成立[1]，主要为专业人士及跨国公司提供办公场所[2]。2014年，获CVC资本合伙公司（CVC Capital Partners）及汇睿资本投资，业务规模扩张七倍[3]。2018年，获APEA亚太杰出企业奖[4]。2021年，入围金融时报＂FT排行榜：2021年亚太地区高增长企业500强＂[5]；同年，被私人股权投资公司科尔伯格-克拉维斯-罗伯茨（KKR）及TIGA Investments收购[6][7]，其总部位于香港，业务集中于亚太及中东地区，在全球拥有150个办公地点[8]
