思索死刑
《思索死刑》（法语：Réflexions sur la guillotine；英语：Reflections on the Guillotine），是法国作家阿尔贝·加缪的一部作品，写于1957年。在文章中，加缪对废除死刑持不妥协的立场。加缪的观点与切萨雷·贝卡里亚和萨德侯爵的观点相似，后者也认为，由国家预谋和实施的谋杀是最糟糕的[1]。加缪说，他的论点不是基于对被定罪者的同情，而是基于逻辑和经证实的统计数字。[1]
