《思索死刑》(法語:Réflexions sur la guillotine;英語:Reflections on the Guillotine),是法國作家阿爾貝·加繆的一部作品,寫於1957年。在文章中,加繆對廢除死刑持不妥協的立場。加繆的觀點與切薩雷·貝卡里亞薩德侯爵的觀點相似,後者也認為,由國家預謀和實施的謀殺是最糟糕的[1]。加繆說,他的論點不是基於對被定罪者的同情,而是基於邏輯和經證實的統計數字。[1]
