教牧书信

《教牧书信》（pastoral epistles）是新约圣经中的三卷书：《提摩太前书》、《提摩太后书》和《提多书》，这三卷书是使徒保罗写给提摩太和提多的书信，也是《保罗书信》的一部分。这三卷书（有时也包括《腓利门书》）常会视为一组，而且给予“教牧”的名称，原因是因为这三卷书是写给教会中的牧者，而且其内容有探讨基督徒的生活、教义以及教会的领导者。这些书信的“教牧”（pastorals）一词是在1703年由D. N. Berdot所使用，Paul Anton在1726年也有用过此一词语[1]。也有其他有关这些书信的名称，例如《给提摩太和提多的书信》（Letters to Timothy and Titus），强调书信的收信人[2]。
