杰西卡·菲利斯·兰格（英语：Jessica Phyllis Lange，1949年4月20日—），是一位美国女演员，曾经以电影《窈窕淑男》与《芳心的放纵》分别获得1982与1994年的奥斯卡最佳女配角奖及奥斯卡最佳女主角奖。她共赢得了两次奥斯卡金像奖，三项黄金时段艾美奖和一项托尼奖；以及一项美国演员工会奖和五项金球奖[1][2][3][4]，是仅有的24位实现表演奖大满贯的演员之一。1998年，《娱乐周刊》将兰格列为1990年代25位最伟大的女演员之一。[5]

杰西卡·兰格出生于明尼苏达州克洛凯，是推销员亚伯特·约翰·兰格（Albert John Lange）与老师桃乐西·佛罗伦斯（Dorothy Florence）4个孩子中的第3个，[6]。她的外祖父母拥有芬兰的血统，而祖父母则分别是德国人与荷兰人[7]。在前往巴黎学习默剧之前，杰西卡·兰格曾经在明尼苏达州州立大学短暂的学习过艺术。杰西卡·兰格在1973年回到纽约，在Wilhelmina Models担任模特儿与服务生的工作期间，兰格继续学习表演课程。

在1976年，电影《金刚》的制作人狄诺·迪洛·伦提斯（Dino De Laurentiis）看中杰西卡·兰格，于是兰格开始了她的演员生涯。虽然这次《金刚》的重拍版是派拉蒙电影公司出品的一部卖座电影，但是电影评论家对它并不友善。这些恶劣的评论是相当具有杀伤力的，不过杰西卡·兰格在1981年由鲍伯·瑞佛森（Bob Rafelson）执导的电影《邮差总按两次铃》（The Postman Always Rings Twice）中的演出再度引起电影评论家的注意。

杰西卡·兰格与摄影师帕哥·格兰德（Paco Grande）在1970年结为夫妻，不过他们在1981年离婚。从1982年开始，杰西卡·兰格与演员山姆·薛普（Sam Shepard）同居，2009年分手。目前她则有3个孩子，分别是亚丽珊卓拉（Alexandra、1981年出生）、汉娜·珍（Hannah Jane、1985年出生）与山谬·沃克（Samuel Walker、1987年出生）。兰格目前则居住在纽约。
杰西卡·兰格也是联合国儿童基金会的亲善大使。她也曾经公开批评时任美国总统乔治·沃克·布什，并称他所组成的政府是“奸诈、虚伪与好战的自利政权”[8]。
