东阿勒颇攻势 (2017年)

2017年东阿勒颇攻势（阿拉伯语：هجوم شرق حلب‎）是叙利亚政府军于2017年1月17日[4]发起的军事行动，目的是攻占伊斯兰国在阿勒颇省的仅余控制区，阻止土耳其支持的叙利亚反对派在阿勒颇省东部推进，同时控制供应阿勒颇市用水的水源。[21][22][23]

攻势 编辑

在叙政府军于2017年2月10日推进至距离巴卜市不到2公里处后，[24]据报土耳其支持的叙反对派在2月11日攻占巴卜以南的一个具战略价值的回旋处，意味叙政府军无法在不与反对派部队交战的情况下继续向巴卜推进。叙利亚当局为阻止反对派部队继续向南深入，决定向Kuweires空军基地以东的伊斯兰国控制区进攻，以阻断反对派南下之路。

2月12日至16日间，叙政府军攻占在Kuweires空军基地东北方的9个村庄，距离伊斯兰国控制的代尔哈菲尔（Dayr Hafir）镇不到5公里。[25]

2月21日至25日间，叙军再收复十余个村庄，[26][27][28]代尔哈菲尔已处于叙军炮火控制范围之内。[29]由于伊斯兰国在代尔哈菲尔可能设置了大量的防御工事，叙军不强攻代尔哈菲尔，绕过它继续向东推进。[27]

在土耳其支持的叙反对派攻占巴卜后，据守巴卜以南的塔代夫（Tadef）镇的伊斯兰国分子已有大部分撤出。2月26日，叙军进入塔代夫并控制该镇。[22][30]随后叙政府军与反对派部队在塔代夫附近爆发冲突。反对派宣称打死至少22名政府军士兵。[31]

2月27日，叙政府军再攻占数个村庄，到达曼比季的叙利亚民主力量控制区，反对派趁伊斯兰国撤退，占领了5个村庄。[9][32]叙利亚民主力量随后向曼比季西南和以南的伊斯兰国分子进攻，攻占9个村庄。[7]

2月28日，土耳其支持的反对派部队在Arima附近攻击叙利亚民主力量，夺取了2个村庄。[6]

3月1日，叙民主力量从伊斯兰国手上攻占5个村庄，[8]叙政府军攻占1个村庄。[33]叙反对派向曼比季进军，[8]攻占3个原由叙民主力量控制的村庄。[34]

3月2日，土耳其方面警告库尔德族武装离开曼比季，否则将会进攻他们。3月6日，美国国防部发言人表示美军已进驻曼比季执行任务，并暗示土耳其不应该对曼比季地区的叙利亚民主力量采取军事行动。[2][35]

3月6日，叙政府军从伊斯兰国手上收复6个村庄。[36]3月7日，叙政府军攻占幼发拉底河西岸al-Khafsa的一个主要抽水站，该抽水站主要负责向阿勒颇市供水，自从伊斯兰国在多个星期前截断供水后，阿勒颇市就陷入供水紧张。[37]同日叙军老虎部队从伊斯兰国手上收复另外23个村庄。[4]3月8日叙军收复另外21个村庄，并控制幼发拉底河另一个抽水站。[38][39]3月9日叙军开始进攻吉拉赫（Jirah）空军基地，[40]但是于3月10日受沙尘暴影响导致攻势被击退。

进攻代尔哈菲尔 编辑

因天气欠佳，老虎部队放弃进攻吉拉赫空军基地，把目标转移至Kuweires空军基地以东的村庄。2017年3月13日，叙军收复Humaymah Al-Kabira村和Humaymah Al-Saghira村，距离代尔哈菲尔不到2公里。[41][42][43][44]3月15日和16日，叙军收复代尔哈菲尔附近的另外8至9个村庄。[45][46]

3月17日和18日，叙军攻占代尔哈菲尔附近的另外8个村庄和2个小山。[47][48][49][50]到3月20日，叙军已接近切断代尔哈菲尔与马斯卡纳（Maskanah）之间的主要道路。[51][52][53]

3月21日，叙军在代尔哈菲尔以南攻占另外3个村庄。[54]3月23日，叙军攻占代尔哈菲尔以东的3个村庄，完全包围代尔哈菲尔。[55][56]伊斯兰国分子在各处布置大量简易爆炸装置后撤离代尔哈菲尔。在城镇入口的拆弹工作完成大部分后，叙政府军于3月29日正式进驻代尔哈菲尔。[57][58]

叙政府军随后暂缓在阿勒颇省东部的进攻，以集中兵力应付反对派部队在哈马省的新攻势。哈马前线回复稳定后，叙军于2017年5月发动马斯卡纳平原攻势，再次向吉拉赫空军基地进攻。
