毛玻璃样肝细胞
毛玻璃样肝细胞（ground glass hepatocyte，简写GGH）是肝脏病理学中描述光学显微镜下肝细胞的细胞质看起来扁平、均质且模糊的样子。细胞质中均质的嗜酸性颗粒常是由内质网中的HBsAg造成的。这种型态的肝细胞通常和乙型肝炎很有关系，但也可能是药物造成的[1][2]。在乙型肝炎感染的案例中，毛玻璃样肝细胞只会出现在慢性感染，急性乙型肝炎感染并不会出现此种特征。毛玻璃样肝细胞最早由哈吉延尼斯（S. Hadziyannis）等人于1973年描述[2][3]。
毛玻璃样肝细胞的种类 编辑
目前毛玻璃样肝细胞能被分为以下两类：[4]
- 第一型：毛玻璃样肝细胞零星散布在组织中，Pre-S2免疫染色呈弱阳性。
- 第二型：毛玻璃样肝细胞聚集成簇，Pre-S2免疫染色呈阴性反应。
