永恒至上（拉丁语：Semper Supra、英语：Always Above），为美国太空军官方进行曲，于2022年由詹姆斯·堤雀诺尔（James Teachenor）和尚恩·尼尔森（Sean Nelson）创作。

《永恒至上》（Semper Supra）取名自美国太空军官方座右铭“永恒至上”（Semper Supra），[1]该座右铭为2019年12月20日美国太空军成立后，由美国空军上等航空兵（英语：Senior airman）丹尼尔·桑切斯（Daniel Sanchez）在研究其他军事部门座右铭后，以发音和头韵为由选出“Semper Supra”的拉丁短语及“Always Above”的英文翻译，[2]并于2020年7月22日获美国太空军正式采用为官方座右铭。[3]

该进行曲由前美国空军学院空军乐队（英语：United States Air Force Band）成员、演唱者兼作曲家的詹姆斯·堤雀诺尔作词及曲，[1][4]2019年12月美国太空军成立后，他开始与太空军作战部长约翰·威廉·雷蒙德上将合作，开始该进行曲的创作历程。[1]他为此解释称：“该首歌的创作为一项悠长的工作，因为我希望它蕴含太空军所提供的所有职能及愿景。”。[注 1][1][4]
