疱疹病毒科的一属病毒
淋巴潜隐病毒属（学名：Lymphocryptovirus）是疱疹病毒目丙型疱疹病毒亚科的一个属，旧称γ-1型疱疹病毒。本属病毒以灵长类为自然宿主，包括感染人类、造成传染性单核白血球增多症的EB病毒（人类疱疹病毒四型）以及若干感染旧大陆猴和新大陆猴的病毒[2]。本亚科病毒与其他疱疹病毒一样为具有包膜的双股DNA病毒，包膜上有许多糖蛋白可与宿主细胞表面的受体结合造成感染；病毒颗粒为正二十面体，直径约150至200奈米，基因组为不分段的线性DNA，长约18万bp[3][4]。
