禁令 (苏格兰)
禁令[1]（英语：interdict）是苏格兰法律中的一种法院命令，旨在制止某人侵犯他人的权利。[2]其可由高等民事法院或司法行政官法庭发出。其在英格兰法律中的对等术语是禁制令（injunction）。临时的禁令称为暂时禁令（interim interdict）。[3]当表面证据成立时，法院会发出暂时禁令，并以适宜性的平衡（balance of convenience）作出补救。[4]违反禁令可引致罚款或监禁。[5]
