立陶宛十字军为13世纪末至15世纪初条顿骑士团与立窝尼亚骑士团以将立陶宛大公国基督化为名发起的战役与殖民行动，早前的立窝尼亚十字军与普鲁士十字军（英语：Prussian Crusade）已征服了库洛尼亚人（英语：Curonians）、瑟米加利亚人（英语：Semigallians）、拉特加莱人（英语：Latgalians）、瑟罗尼亚人与古普鲁士人等立陶宛周围的其他波罗的族群[1]；条顿骑士团与立陶宛最早的冲突发生在1185年[2]，1220年代条顿骑士团获得托伦的土地，因而更加接近立陶宛[3]:415，并逐渐影响立陶宛国内的政治与宗教信仰[4]，但直至1280年代才成为立陶宛严重的外患[5]:26，当时立陶宛大公国已达成中央集权而有能力组织反击，14世纪骑士团持续劫掠立陶宛，虽未成功占领土地[6]:53，但人力损失惨重，边界的苏瓦尔基亚与萨莫吉希亚等地区因种族清洗而杳无人烟，为欧洲史上为期最长的冲突之一[7]。

1386年立陶宛大公国正式基督化，立陶宛大公约盖拉与波兰公主雅德维加成婚，在波兰受洗并加冕为波兰国王[8]，但立陶宛十字军并未马上消停，骑士团以立陶宛的改宗并非出自真心为由继续进攻[5]:74，1410年波兰与立陶宛联军在格伦瓦德之战击溃条顿骑士团[9]，结束了立陶宛十字军与波兰-立陶宛-条顿战争，1422年双方签订梅尔诺条约（英语：Treaty of Melno），结束了近200年的冲突[10]。
