简·多萝西·哈特利（英语：Jane Dorothy Hartley，1950年4月18日—），是一名美国外交官，现任美国驻英国大使。她于2014年至2017年期间在摩纳哥和法国担任大使。[1]也是外交关系委员会成员。

哈特利于1974年至1977年开始担任民主党全国委员会市长会议执行主任。随后，她于1977年至1978年担任美国住房与城市发展部国会关系主任。1978年至1981年，吉米·卡特总统执政期间，担任公共联络办公室总统助理。[2][5]

2021年7月，据报导，哈特利被乔·拜登总统选为美国驻英国大使。[6][7]，2022年1月19日正式宣布了提名。[8][9]，参议院外交委员会于2022年5月4日就她的提名举行了听证会。该委员会向参议院有利地报告了她的提名2022年5月18日在会场。参议院于2022年5月25日以口头表决投票确认了她的这一职位。[10]，2022年5月27日宣誓就任大使。[11]，2022年7月19日简·D·哈特利向伊莉萨白二世女王递交了国书。[12]
2022年9月18日，哈特利陪同乔·拜登和吉尔·拜登参观威斯敏斯特大厅，在已故伊莉萨白二世的灵柩安放之际向其致敬。[13][14]

哈特利的丈夫是投资银行家、Evercore Partners前首席执行官拉尔夫·施洛斯斯坦 (Ralph Schlosstein)。[15]有两个孩子。[16]她担任外交关系委员会成员已有十多年。[16]
