罗曼·奥帕乌卡（波兰语：Roman Opałka，英语：Roman Opalka，1931年8月31日—2011年8月9日），生于法国阿布维尔圣吕西安（Abbeville-Saint-Lucien），波兰艺术家。

罗曼·奥帕乌卡生于法国阿布维尔圣吕西安，双亲都是波兰人。1946年，随着他的父母，全家回到波兰。他进入华沙艺术学院（Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw）就读。
1977年，他移居法国。
2011年，在基耶蒂过世。

自1965年开始，罗曼·奥帕乌卡每天都会在一张面积196135平方公分的画布上写上一个数字，他同时也定时以摄影记录下自己的容貌。这成为他一生最著名的两个作品。
