罗友枝(英语:Evelyn Rawski,1939年2月2日),是日裔美国人历史学家,美国匹兹堡大学历史系杰出荣誉教授,专长为清朝中亚历史研究。她被视为新清史派系的知名学者,并且曾经担任亚洲研究协会的主席(1995-1996)。

出生于夏威夷州檀香山,毕业于檀香山西奥多·罗斯福总统高中英语President Theodore Roosevelt High School康乃尔大学;本科期间受到汉学家毕乃德英语Knight Biggerstaff的影响,决心在研究院攻读历史,并且于1968年哈佛大学取得博士学位,师从杨联陞教授。她能讲流利的英语法语汉语日语以及满语
