英国皇家财产局
英国皇家财产局（英语：The Crown Estate，或译王室地产）为一个以公司型态运作的实体，管理英国境内由英国君主持有的土地及物业，此资产为“君主的公共财产”，而非君主私人财产或政府财产[2][3][4][5]。英国君主不参与这些财产的管理，对其仅拥有非常有限的控制[6]。这些财产组合由半独立的法人实体英国皇家财产局专员公署（Crown Estate Commissioners）监管，行使这些财产的“拥有者权利”，但并非“财产的所有者”[2]。英国君主将这些世袭财产的收入让与英国政府，作为免除为政府筹资的义务[7]，这些收入交由英国财政部运作[2][8][9]。英国皇家财产局向英国议会负责[10]，并向君主提交年度报告，另将其副本送交下议院[6]。
