蛋白三聚体

蛋白三聚体（protein trimer）为三个蛋白质聚合而成的复合体，一般是以非共价作用力聚合而成。由三个相同蛋白质形成的三聚体称为同源三聚体（英语：Homotrimer），如第三型胶原蛋白（英语：Collagen, type III, alpha 1）^[1]、真核生物的DNA夹（由三个增殖细胞核抗原（英语：Proliferating cell nuclear antigen）组成）^[2]和冠状病毒表面的刺突^[3]；由三个相异蛋白质形成的三聚体则称为异源三聚体，如古菌的DNA夹（由PCNA1、PCNA2和PCNA3组成）^[2]。
