解离(英语:Dissociation)是指在记忆、自我意识或认知的功能上的崩解。起因通常是极大的压力或创伤。包括相当广泛的经验,从与周围环境的轻微情感分离,到与身体和情感体验的更严重分离不等。所有解离现象的主要特征都涉及与现实的分离,而不是精神病中的现实丧失。[1][2][3][4]
