买萨翼龙属（学名：Mesadactylus）是已灭绝翼龙目的一属，化石发现于美国科罗拉多州梅萨县的莫里逊组，年代为侏罗纪晚期（启莫里阶到提通阶）。

在1989年，詹姆斯·詹森（James A. Jensen）、凯文·帕迪恩（Kevin Padian）将这些化石进行叙述、命名。模式种是Mesadactylus ornithosphyos。属名意为“梅萨县的手指”，种名意为“类似典型鸟类的”，因为詹姆斯·詹森认为它们类似古老翼鸟龙－当时被认为是鸟类。正模标本（编号BYU 2024）是数节荐椎愈合而成的一个联合荐椎。
买萨翼龙的已发现化石包含：手臂骨头、肩带、颈椎、荐椎、以及股骨[1]。在2004年与2006年，发现了其他的化石，包含部分脑壳[2]。研究人员认为同时代的加登翼龙，可能与买萨翼龙是同种动物，不过仍有少数不同处[3][4]。
买萨翼龙最初被名命时，被归类于翼手龙亚目。在2007年，克里斯多福·班尼特（Christopher Bennett）提出正模标本、其他标本来自于不同物种，正模标本属于蛙嘴龙科，而其他标本来自于某种翼手龙亚目[5]。
