赵雨水(闽南语:Tio Ie Soei[a];1890年6月22日—1974年8月20日),笔名蔡笔墨(Tjoa Pit Bak[b]),是一名印度尼西亚荷属时期的闽南裔华人作家与记者。

生平
编辑1890年6月22日出生于巴达维亚[1]。父亲是福建移民,母亲是土生华人。赵雨水在荷兰当局为华人开设的学校就读,学习荷兰语并稍微接触过其他语言[2]。1905年,他尝试进入新闻业,短暂在《Sinar Betawi》担任过记者。不久后,他跳槽至专攻华人市场的《Perniagaan》。他待在出版业长达15年,最终成为一名编辑,他在这段期间与同事的女儿结婚[2]。1911年开始创作小说,并于该年出版其首部小说《薛宝玉》。在接续的50年间,在报纸与杂等媒体大量创作,并担任部分媒体的编辑。他也是一名传记作家,写过李金福等人的传记。
