迎臂效应

迎臂效应(英语:Yes In My Back Yard,简称YIMBY,意为“欢迎来我家后院”)是一种支持住房的运动,与邻避症候群现象恰巧形成对比[1]。迎臂效应主要的立场是支持在住房成本上升到无法负担水准的城市内增加住房供应[2]。迎臂效应经常寻求土地使用分区,以允许生产更密集的住房或将过时的建筑物(如商场)重新用于住房[3][4][5]。一些迎臂效应还支持清洁能源或替代交通等公益项目[6][7][8]
